The Ankeny Christian Academy Eagles are only in their second year on the gridiron, but they are off to a fast start in '09.
After defeating Twin Cedars 70-0 in Week 0, the Eagles took care of business against Moravia 56-14 in Week 1. Those are two dominate victories, especially in 8-man football where there are as many points being scored as there are blades of grass on the field.
ACA-ICA (Ankeny Christian Academy/Iowa Christian Academy) went 5-5 in their inuagural season in 2008 and are kicking off the '09 season in great form!
