So you want to be a star athlete on your high school team? Well, you better make sure you’re a star in the class room first because starting this year you won’t even be able to warm the bench if your grades don’t hit the mark. (2) If at the end of any grading period a contestant is given a failing grade in any course for which credit is awarded, the contestant is ineligible to dress for and compete in the next occurring interscholastic athletic contests and competitions in which the contestant is a contestant for 30 consecutive calendar days.
